Dr. Rae F. Kelly was born in Windsor, Canada and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada when he was 12 — a city not often associated with spiritual discovery. Yet it was there, and later during his service in the United States military during the Vietnam era, that he began a journey of faith that would shape the next five decades of his life.
After becoming a follower of Christ while in the military, Dr. Kelly pursued both professional and theological education with remarkable dedication. He earned degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, the University of Western States, Bethany College, and Liberty Theological Seminary — bridging the worlds of science, medicine, and faith in a way that is rare and deeply credible.
As a chiropractic physician, Dr. Kelly spent his career helping patients restore physical health. As a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God, he devoted equal energy to the spiritual health of those around him. For more than forty years, he has taught, ministered, and guided people toward a life of purpose and wholeness.
He and his wife Jane have been married for fifty years. Together they have raised four adult children and now enjoy life with four grandchildren — a family built on the same principles of faith, commitment, and love that fill the pages of his first book.

Dr. Kelly did not grow up in a deeply religious household. His faith was not handed to him — it was discovered. It was forged in the uncertainty of military service, in the questions that arise when life offers no easy answers, and in a personal encounter with God that changed everything.
